Trading-systems engineering · India
You already know how you want to trade. We build the system that executes it — to your specification, in your cloud account, on your broker, under your control.
The premise
There is no shortage of platforms offering you somebody else's strategy. This is not that. ArthAlgo builds one system, for one client, implementing one set of rules — yours. We have no view on whether your rules will make money, and we are not permitted to offer one. What we can do is make sure that what you specified is exactly what executes, that it stops when you say stop, and that you can prove afterwards what happened and why.
Nothing is reused between clients. Your logic is yours, it is never redeployed, and it never appears in anything we build for anyone else.
Checksums on every file, database harness proofs before production SQL, a paired rollback with every migration, and an audit trail behind every order.
Your broker account, your API credentials, your cloud account. We never hold order-placement capability, and you can revoke our access in a click.
Capabilities
A production trading system is mostly the unglamorous parts. This is the default scope; the discovery phase produces the specific version of it for you.
Order lifecycle from signal to fill to book, with idempotency, retry handling and broker-rate throttling built to your ceiling.
Position, exposure, concentration and sector limits at your values. Orders that breach a limit do not reach the broker.
Continuous watcher with the breach action you specify — including flatten-then-halt, throttled and confirmed rather than fired blind.
Broker records against the internal book every cycle, with break detection and reporting. Silent divergence is the failure nobody notices.
Splits, bonuses, dividends and symbol changes handled deliberately, not left to distort your positions and your history.
Every order tagged and timestamped, every decision reconstructable. Required by your broker, and the thing you will want when something goes wrong.
Your own interface for positions, orders, reporting and manual override — including a kill switch only you operate.
Routed where you actually read things. Graded, so the critical alert is not buried in the routine ones.
Built against your nominated broker's current API, and maintained as that API changes.
Into your AWS account, infrastructure as code where practicable, with documentation and an operations runbook you can hand to anyone.
Engagement
Three phases, contracted separately. Each one is a gate — either side can stop at the end of it, and nothing is billed for work you have not accepted.
You state your trading rules in writing. We turn them into an unambiguous specification — architecture, data requirements, risk controls, interfaces, acceptance criteria per increment, and a fixed price for the build. You keep the specification whether or not you proceed.
Delivered increment by increment against the frozen design. Each increment arrives as complete files with a SHA-256 checksum, a database harness proof where SQL is involved, deployment steps with backup and verification, and a paired rollback. You deploy it and send back raw output. That output is the acceptance gate.
Defect correction, dependency and security patching, monitoring configuration, and adaptation as your broker's API and the regulatory requirements change. Monthly, fixed, cancellable. New functionality is scoped and priced separately — it does not arrive quietly in a patch.
Scope
This list is short and it is firm. It is not caution — it is the structure that keeps you in control of your own account and keeps us squarely a software firm. If you need what is on the right, you need a SEBI-registered adviser or portfolio manager, and we will say so.
ArthAlgo is not registered with SEBI in any capacity and is not an empanelled algo provider. It does not need to be, because it supplies software and never supplies strategy. Registration, broker permissions and daily operation of your system remain yours.
Qualification
We take on a very small number of engagements at a time, deliberately. Being honest about fit early saves both of us a discovery cycle.
Enquiry
The more specifically you can describe your own rules, the more useful the first conversation will be. Nothing you send is shared with anyone, and we do not put you on a mailing list.
